Every unit starts on a 10-day free trial of the full product. No card to begin. Add the bot, run the setup, and see your whole unit in it before you decide. You choose Roster or Command when you subscribe.
Nothing is ever deleted when you change plans. Move from Command to Roster and your applications, qualifications, awards, promotion settings, campaigns and servers stay saved. Upgrade again and everything is back as you left it, with no re-entry.
- Priced per Discord server. Adding members never changes the price.
- Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply.
- If a card payment fails, service continues in full while the payment is retried.
- Cancel from your admin dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the period you paid for ends. After that your roster stays viewable read-only and you can still export your data.
